Olsson & Falck AB is a relatively new company, nevertheless we have many years of experience and knowledge within the steel- and metal sector. Our ambition is to offer our customers good products from leading suppliers and an excellent service.

We will of course also give our dear suppliers a high level of service and attention, everything in order to maximise the outcome between our customers and our suppliers.

Very strong suppliers at your service

The suppliers we have selected to represent are all working towards the same customer segment; the steel- and metal industry. This fact makes it possible for us to offer our customers a nice pallet of quality products. The reason why we have chosen a limited number of suppliers is that we want to offer them as well as our customers the best service and biggest possible market attention. We belive that a strong focus is the basic factor for a good result.

The cooperation with our suppliers is completly transparent, and we are working purely on commission basis. This makes it possible for a customer to have direct access to the supplier during a project. We will of course be at our customers' service during the whole business process!

lba Hundt&Weber has been present in the foundry sector “Copper and Copper based alloys” for more than 110 years. Since August 2013 the company belongs to Lebronze Alloys Germany GmbH, who in their turn is an affiliated group within the French company Lebronze Alloys Group.

Hundt&Weber GmbH has a working force consisting of about 90 employees and the base in Siegen, Germany. The employees have all very long experience in different Cupper casting technics like hand moulding, machine moulding and centrifugal casting.

 

IMS Messsysteme GmbH, founded 1980, develop and produces different optical measuring systems and gauges used in process supervision within the plate and strip production mainly in the steel and aluminium sector. All gauges are touchless.

Thickness measurement is done with either x-ray or radioactive isotope depending on the thickness of the material to be measured.

IMS has about 350 employees at the HQ and production site in Heligenhaus, Germany. Another 100 employee’s works at the IMS service locations in China, USA, Mexico, Korea, India, Russia and Brazil.

surcon-loggo

surcon GmbH is a daughter company to IMS Messsysteme GmbH. surcon GmbH have developed an optical measuring systems using 3D and 2D for surface inspection. The systems are capable of measuring, identifying and classifying all kinds of surface defects all the way during continuous casting to final hot or cold rolling.

Besides an on-line documentation of the production, the systems enable upstream adjustments in real-time. By using surcon systems the production outcome can be optimised and the rejected material minimised. The collected production data is stored and evaluated in MEVInet-Q, which gives the production- and quality management an excellent tool for process optimisation.

surcon GmbH has its base together with IMS Messsysteme in Heligenhaus, Germany.

 

Romani s.r.l. was founded in Milano 1933, and has more than 80 years of experience in the sectors of cutting, slitting and forming metal. Since the start Romani has been a reliable supplier to the steel- , metal- and workshop industry. The product line consists of straight knives, slitting tools, wear plates and tools for metal forming.

Romani is based in San Vito al Tagliamento, Italy.

 

MAKE s.r.l. is an Italian company that have developed and patented a "State-of-the-art" handling robot cell for slitting lines, which offers new innovative technic. The robot cell handle, out-from the production planning system, the complete chain of storing, mounting, dismounting, cleaning (dry or wet), wear measurement and quality examination of all individiually involved components. Included software store all necessary process data and give advanced decision support to the operator.

MAKE has its production facility in the beautiful town Vicenza, in the north east of Italy.
